How To Volunteer
Volunteers contribute over 40,000 work hours each year, the equivalent of adding 24 full-time staff to the agency. They come from all walks of life – professionals, parents, community members, high school and college students – to make a valuable contribution of their time and skills.
Volunteer opportunities include the following:
Classroom Volunteer, Parent Meeting Volunteer, Reader, Field Trip Chaperone, Holiday Gift Drive, Administrative Volunteer, Committee Member.
The AECE Center in Cambridge is Central School, a cooperative childcare program for 61 infants, toddlers and pre-school age children, at 43 Essex Street.
